摘 要
近年来,基于对矿井生产系统安全的监测,国内外先后研制出多种类型的计算机监测系统,但由于现有监测系统具有成本高、功耗高和设备庞大等特点,不适应大多数中小型煤矿特别是小型煤矿的需求,而当前矿难大多数发生在中小型煤矿特别是小型煤矿中。因此,为了满足大多数中小型煤矿的需求,本论文设计了1种关于煤矿瓦斯浓度测试的新型传感器。
针对目前情况设计1种井下便携式瓦斯探测器,当瓦斯气体浓度接近危险值时,自动发出报警,提醒井下人员立刻离开。该设备同时还具备灵敏度调节和检测强度调节开关,有简单、方便、准确、实用等特点。该设计是1种基于单片机控制的瓦斯探测器,具有简单实用、可控性强等特点。从组成框图、硬件设计以及程序流程及代码等几方面对其进行了介绍。
本文采用了气敏传感器,气敏传感器是能够感知环境中某种气体及其浓度的1种敏感器件,它将气体成分、浓度等有关的信息转换成电信号,从而可以进行检测、监控、报警;还可以通过接口电路与计算机组成自动检测、控制和报警系统。目前,人们对气敏传感器的测试方法主要停留在用人工手动的方式来操作,开发出1种实用高效的智能化传感器测试装置是极为必要的。而语音信号是信息的'又1主要载体,如果在这些测量场合能用语音直接报出结果,将给操作人员带来极大方便,本文就介绍1种新型的气敏传感器测试系统。
由于各种条件的限制和现有的能力,本论文只进行了该系统的基本原理设计,要形成产品进入市场销售,还需做大量的后期工作。

In recent years, based on to the mine pit production system security monitor, domestic and foreign successively developed the many kinds of types the computer monitor system, but because the existing monitor system had the cost high, the power loss high and the equipment is huge and so on the characteristic, the unsuitable majority middle and small scale coal mine specially was the small coal mine demand, but the current ore difficult majority to occur in the middle and small scale coal mine specially is in the small coal mine. Therefore, in order to satisfy the majority middle and small scale coal mine the demand, the present paper has designed one kind about the coal mine gas density test new sensor.
Designs one kind of mine shaft portable gas detector in view of the present situation, when the gas gas density approaches the dangerous value, automatically sends out reports to the police, the reminder mine shaft personnel leaves immediately. At the same time this equipment also has the sensitivity adjustment and the examination intensity regulating cock, has simply, convenient, accurate, is practical and so on the characteristic. This design is one kind the gas detector which controls based on the monolithic integrated circuit, has simply practical, Controllable nature is strong and so on the characteristic. From the composition diagram, the hardware design as well as the procedure flow and the code and so on several aspects have carried on the introduction to it.
This article used had been mad the sensitive sensor, was mad the sensitive sensor was can in the sensation environment some kind of gas and its the density one kind of sensitive component, it the gaseous component, the density and so on the related information transformed the electrical signal, thus was allowed to carry on the examination, the monitoring, reports to the police; Also may through the connection electric circuit and the computer composition automatic detection, controls and the alarm system. At present, the people to were mad the sensitive sensor the test method mainly pauses is using the artificial manual way to operate, develops one kind of practical highly effective intellectualized sensor testing device is extremely essential. But the pronunciation signal is an information main carrier, if can use the pronunciation in these survey situations directly to send out the result, will give the operator to bring enormously is convenient, this article introduced one kind will have the new function the new gas sensitive sensor test system.
Due to various limitations and conditions of the existing capacity, the only paper of the system are the basic tenets of the design, New products to enter the local market, we still have to do a lot of work later.
