摘要  工业迅速发展,带到了各行各业的发展。其中微电机也是其中1个主要的部分。微电机各行各业的应用也越来越多,其中电机壳是微电机的1个很重要的`部分,对电机壳的要求越来越高,对于电机壳的生产来说,切边是1个很重要的工序,以前在国内外主要是采用的轴向切边的方法,在本设计中将采用环切模的方式来切边,用环切模切边不会在电机壳边产生突耳,精度出高。现在的电机种类多,带来了电机壳的多样化,各种电机壳在切边时都要为其设计1副模具,要很大的物力和人力,但对于电机壳来说,切边的基本原理都是1样的,因此可以采用参数化设计,
对1系列的模具进行设计,只要输入电机壳的尺寸就能得到1系列的环切模具。

Abstract Prompt development of industry has taken to the development of all trades and professions. Micro-machine  are also a main part among them. Meanwhile  all professions and trades application to Micro-machine beacome also more and more, electric motor shell among them is also a very imporant part of micro-machine。Besides,the scrap edge is a very important working procedure as for electric motor shell childbirth.Method is being the axial scrap edge adopting mainly in home and abroad in the previously,but Lieutenant General adopt a ring to cut a model in does a scrap edge which product the ear.The accuracy is also very height. with being encircled by the eager model scrap edge is  unable to come into being by electric motor shell dashing forward. Now,Electric motor is diversiform which have brought along electric motor shell.Various electric motorsshell all need to be the person during the period of the scrap edge.
