注塑模具的设计及关键0件的工艺分析

摘要:本次设计的大体思路及内容是:首先,运用Pro/E对所设计的产品—发夹,进行造型设计;接着对已完成造型设计的`0件进行注塑模模具型腔的设计,如:选定分型面,构造凹模、凸模,设计确定抽芯机构、浇注系统及冷却系统;然后为其选用合适的标准模架,以确定其脱模机构;并对凹模0件进行工艺分析,确定加工工艺流程,编制数控削加工工序卡;最后对注塑模模具进行装配,将装配图转化成工程图,再在AutoCAD进行工程图的修改。
本次设计的每1步基本上都是由计算机来辅助完成的。

Abstract: : This general design ideas and content : First, the design of products using Pro/E - hairpin, shaped design; Then the completed form to design a molded plastic parts molding Xingqiang design modules, such as : selected sub-type noodles, Construction Au modules, protrude modules designed to determine pumping core institutions, old systems and cooling systems; then choose the appropriate standard modules for the aircraft to determine their drawing of patterns; Au modules and components for analysis techniques to determine the processing sites, the preparation of digital Xianxiao manufacturing processes cards; molded plastic components for the final assembly module will be assembled into project plans, and then works in AutoCAD map changes.Every step of this design is basically completed by the computer to support.
