论新课程改革语境中的中小学音乐教师

摘 要
现行课程改革是1场深刻的教育观念变革，这场改革关键在广大教师。就基础音乐教育而言,在实施改革教学探索与实践中，中小学音乐教师要进行教育观念转变，并且要敢于挑战传统挑战自我。根据"新课标"设立的目标要求,音乐教师要关注学生学习，形成以关注学生素质发展为宗旨的新世纪型人才教育观，音乐教师应如何担负起这场课程改革的'重担我认为除具有较强的基本功和学会多种教法外，还要思考如何走进新课程。

ABSTRACT
The present curriculum reform is a profound education idea transforms, this reform key in general elementary and middle schools music teacher. In the implementation reform teaching exploration and the practice, the elementary and middle schools music teacher must carry on the education idea to transform, and must dare to challenge the traditional challenge. Must pay attention to the student to study, forms take pays attention to the student quality development as objective new century talented person , music teacher should like and shoulders the heavy burden which this curriculum reforms.
