单片机液体点滴速度控制装置设计摘要:本系统采用主站控制从站的有线监控方式实现医疗输液过程的群控。其中主站采用586PC机作为主控制器,用Visual Basic 6.0面向对象的32位可视化高级语言编写人机界面,从而使得系统具有界面友好,使用方便的特点。主站能定点和巡回检测并显示从站信息,对从站的报警信息进行实时提示等。
从站采用单片机AT89C51作为核心器件来实现液体滴速的检测、滴速异常报警、滴速的'设定及控制等,其软件采用MCS-51汇编语言实现。
主站与从站之间的通信采用RS-485总线连接,有效地实现了主从式网络设计。在主站的VB设计中用到了专用串行通讯控件—MCSComm控件。关键词:液体点滴;单片机;串行通讯;VB;RS-485总线

Of The Velocity of The TransfusionABSTRACT:The system use the cable surveillance of the home site control subordinate site method to realize the distribute control of the medical transfusion process. We use the 586 PC as the home site controller, and use VB 6.0 the Object-Oriented 32-bit visual programming language to build the man-machine interface, in this way, the system has friendly interface and easy to use characteristics. The home site can detect and display the information of the subordinate site both pointing position and itinerantly, and give a real-time indication of warning information from the subordinate site.
The subordinate site use AT89C51 Single-chip controller as the core instrument to realize the detection of the transfusion current velocity, the abnormal current velocity alarming, the setup and control of the current velocity, etc. This software is built by MCS-51 assembly language programming.
We use the RS-485 bus unit to connect the communication of the home site and the subordinate site, this can greatly realize the home site and subordinate site network design.
