直流无刷稀土永磁电动机调速系统的设计
摘 要:无刷直流电动机 (BLDCM)因为具有良好的性能、控制方便和高的性价比等优点,所以一直得到很广泛的应用。本文介绍了永磁无刷直流电动机速度控制的一种方案,及当前无刷直流电动机控制的.发展趋势和常见的新型控制方法。最后采用端电压过零检测法和预定位起动方法,实现了基于 TMS320F240 DSP的无位置传感器永磁无刷直流电动机速度控制。
在系统的硬件设计中,设计了以TMS320F240数字信号处理器为核心处理器的最小系统。同时也设计了信号采集电路,用于测量控制系统所需的三个定子端电压信号和相电流反馈信号。
在系统的软件设计中,主要完成了电动机的起动及无传感器速度闭环控制两大功能。用DSP成功实现PWM输出信号、信号采集及移相控制等功能。

Abstract:The Brushless DC Motor(BLDCM) has been widely used for many years because of its excellent performance, easy control and high cost effectiveness.This paper introduces the control of Brushless Permanent Magnet DC Motor ,and introduces the future of the control BLDCM; and some new methods in controlling DC motor. In the end, a complete solution proposal in the paper. It deals with sensor less alternative. To position sensors for speed control in Brushless Permanent Magnet Dc Motor based on TMS320F240,using the back-EMF. Commutation method and the start method by means of rotor pre-setting.
TMS320F240DSP has been designed as the main micro-controller during hardware design. Minimum system. Circuits for signal collection have been given to measure the stator terminal voltage and current value.
When designing the software, the main two functions, startup of the motor and speed closed loop sensor less control are complete. Using DSP, the PWM signal, the measurement of voltage and current signals and phase shifting are successively presented here.
