基于AHP视野的我国传统型中小企业技术创新战略模式选择
摘要：选择公道的技术创新战略模式是企业技术创新成败的'关键，对企业有着深远影响。运用因果关系图找出影响我国传统型中小企业技术创新战略模式的各层次关系和构成要素，然后运用AHP法分析比较了领先战略与跟随和模仿战略两种创新模式，得出目前我国传统型中小型企业应当以跟随和模仿创新为主，同时根据自身条件和环境的变化作出战略模式的调整。Abstract: To choose a reasonable pattern of technological innovation strategies in technological innovation is the key to success, it has the profound impact on enterprises.
