A Comparison of the Origins of Sino-US Commercial Culture
Abstract
The business culture is a kind of culture which can rise in value and accelerate the development of commercial civilization and social civilization. The commerce and culture mix together to advance each other. As we known, the well-established Chinese culture is impacted by the Confucian ethics and has close relative with the Chinese tradition culture. Therefore, learning the Chinese business culture must first look upon the point of the Confucian ethics and the Chinese traditional culture. On the other side, the American culture is the model of modern times. Its business culture has merged with the industry factors of the western developed countries and the features of modern times. With the lapse of time, it has become a unique one, even blown through the whole world. But these two different kinds of culture often conflict. To learn more about the differences between these two styles of culture, which is to advance the culture blending, decrease the conflicts and accelerate the cooperation and development, the paper emphasizes to study and compare the business culture of both two countries, in the hope of offering some new and valid cooperation evidences for their trade development.

摘 要
商业文化是1种文化，1种可以增值，可以促进商业文明和社会文明发展的文化。商业与文化相互融合，相互促进。中国文化1直深受儒家思想影响，并与传统儒家文化有着密切的联系。要了解中国商业文化的特色，必先从其传统文化的角度观察研究。美国文化则是时代的代表，其商业文化融合了西方各发达国家的工业元素和近现代的社会特征，随着时间的推移，逐渐形成自己独具特色文化潮流，风靡世界。而这两种截然不同的文化也时常发生冲突。为更进1步的了解两国文化间的差异，以促进彼此间文化融合，减少摩擦，增强合作与发展。本文着重就中美商业文化的'差异进行研究比较，为两国的商业贸易往来提供新的有效的合作依据，促进两国贸易的发展。
