A Brief Remark about Communicative Approach to Teaching English in Middle School
Abstract
In modern society, English language teaching in China becomes more and more important. As we know, the traditional approach, which takes the teacher and students much time and energy, brings out slow and poor effects in learning, while the Communicative Approach, which will be discussed in this thesis, takes less time and produces fast and better effects. This thesis first introduces the basic knowledge of the Communicative Approach, including the historical origin, connotation and its theoretical base. And it then points out some teaching methodology of the Communicative Approach. Finally, it discusses the application of the Communicative Approach in middle school English teaching, namely in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

摘 要
在现代社会，中国的英语语言教学已经变得越来越重要。众所周知，传统的英语教学方法花费了老师和学生大量的时间和精力，却收获甚微。但是，在这篇论文中所讨论的交际教学法，却能在短时间内取得更好的`效果。本文从3个方面对交际教学法进行论述。首先，介绍了交际教学法的1些基本知识，包括历史起源，内涵意义，以及理论基础； 然后，指出了1些交际教学法的教学方法论原则；最后，论文重点讨论了交际教学法在中学英语听、说、读、写教学中的运用。
