摘  要
 本课题的设计内容是完成年产量为6000吨的自动小颗粒状物料罐装生产线中的小颗粒状物料上料部分的设计,即送料机的设计,本课题首先对各种输送机的原理及特点进行了分析,然后在全面了解现行的粉状物料输送机的结构和原理以及存在的问题的基础上,详细探讨了斗式提升机和水平螺旋输送机的工作过程和整个结构特点,并分别从结构和原理上对本物料输送设备进行机械创新设计。
关键词:输送设备 斗式提升机、水平螺旋输送机、可靠性。

Abstract
    The  paper content is small granule material transportation design which can complish 6000 ton small granule material’ transportation once a year ,that is deliver engine design ,which include various conveyors’ principle and characteristic analyzing , particular introduce DT and horizontal screw conveyor handle process and the whole structure design .Entirely realize actual small granule material conveyor’s structure , principle and existent problem。The paper is making innovation design for small granule material conveyors from structure and principle。Innovating method can  make innovation for conveyors ’structure and principle by change place 、composite、pile up、drawing、condensation and so on methods,and can reference market engine on small granule material conveyor。The design emphases and difficulties is structure and principle’ innovative breach 、feasibility、practicability,transportation equipment design,small granule material conveyor’ lay format and structure design。
