我国中高档酒店业发展初探
摘要：酒店业已伴随时代的步伐迈入了崭新的21世纪,在市场化、消费化、技术化、生态化、个性化的新时代，酒店业正面临着前所未有的发展机遇，但同时也面临着许多新的挑战。本文以我国中高档酒店业的.发展为例，分析了我国中高档酒店业的发展现状，存在的问题，探讨了我国中高档酒店业的发展前景并得出了人才是酒店最重要的资源的结论。

Analyze of Development Propect of Middle-grade and High-grade Hotels in Our Country
Abstract: With the step of epoch, the hotel industry strides forward to the 21st century. Under the new era of marketization, consumption, skill, ecology, individuality, hotel industry is looking on the unprecedented advancement and facing to some new challenge as well. This article takes the middle-grade and high-grade hotels in our country for example. It analyze of the current situation and explore development propect about middle-grade and high-grade hotels in our country. We can conclude that talents are the most important resources in the hotel.
