我国酒店员工流失与激励机制的构建
 
摘要:随着中国的.入世和经济的快速、健康发展,我国的酒店业也正飞速发展。而酒店业在发展中出现了很多的问题,其中员工流失的问题首当其冲。本文试图从当前我国酒店业的现状出发,深入分析了酒店员工流失对酒店造成的影响,并从酒店内部、社会环境以及酒店员工3个方面分析了酒店员工流失的原因。阐述了酒店从薪酬激励、绩效考核激励、心理激励、晋升激励4个方面来制定有效的激励机制,从而促进酒店对员工的管理,控制员工的流失,以确保酒店的健康发展店。

The employee drain and construction of incentive mechanism on the hotel in China
 
Abstract: With Chinas entry into the WTO and the rapid, healthy development, the hotel industry is also expanding rapidly in our country. However, many problems have already appeared in development of hotel industry, employee drain among them problem has been the first to be affected. This paper analyze the effects on hotel employee drains basing on the current situation of hotel in China. Try to fine the reasons about employee drain from hotel inside, social environment and hotel employee, and then it set forth a hotel checking the excitation , mentality excitation , promotion from the salary payment excitation , the achievement effect stimulating about four aspect to work out effective incentive mechanism, so that improve the hotel’s management and control of employee runs off.
