酒店商务客人与观光客人需求比较研究
摘要：商务客人与观光客人是酒店两大主要客源类型，商务客人与观光客人的.需求既有相同点也有不同点，两者对饮食卫生、舒适的客房、安全保障与娱乐设施的需求相同，但两者对酒店大堂、酒店设施、房间类型与房间价格的需求也存在明显的差异。本文通过对商务客人与观光客人的需求进行对比分析，针对商务客人与观光客人需求的共同点与不同点，提出了相应的在酒店经营服务中的应用措施。
