浅谈导游带团技能
摘 要:导游是1个国家（或地区）的代表、是人民的友好使者。导游带团的优劣直接影响到团队的质量。导游的带团技能已成为旅行社业普遍关注的重点。本文首先阐述了导游带团技能的概念及意义。然后就导游带团技能中的.形象塑造、协作技能、心理服务技能、引导游客观景赏美技能以及协调与各相关部门关系的5个方面进行了详细的介绍，最后就如何提升导游带团技能提出对策。

A Brief Study on the Skill in Leading the Package Tour
Abstract: The tourist guide is a representative of a country (or a region), and also a friendly envoy of all the people. The skill in leading the package tour has been a focus commonly concerned by tourism. This thesis first presents its importance, and then sets forth in details its five aspects: image design, cooperating skill, psychologically-serving skill, skill in leading tourists, and negotiating with the related departments. In the end, it puts forward some measures to promote it.
