摘  要:  饭店金钥匙服务是1种委托代办性质的服务,其工作的基本出发点在于为客人排忧解难,帮助客人在入住酒店期间解决1些实际问题。饭店金钥匙服务在我国个性化服务领域表现出它不同1般的内涵和服务哲学理念。本文提出了饭店金钥匙的涵义,介绍饭店金钥匙的.服务理念和服务内容,着重分析了饭店金钥匙在欧、美、亚洲等地区的普及和推广,最后归纳出若干中国饭店金钥匙的服务哲学的基本理念。

Shallowly Discuss the Philosophy of
Hotel Concierge Services

Abstract :   Hotel Concierge service is commissioned agent nature of service, the basic point of departure of this work is offering help for the guests to troubleshoot, help guests to solve some problems during the time they stay at the hotel. Hotel Concierge services have shown different meanings and service philosophy in personalized services territory in our country. In this paper, at first, the author sets forth the conception of concierge and introduces the notion and content of concierge service, then, essentially analyses the popularization and spreading of concierge service in Europe, the United States and Asia. At last, sums up several fundamental notion about the philosophy of hotel concierge service in China.
