外伤性支气管断裂麻醉的临床体会(附3例报告)

目的：总结外伤性支气管断裂麻醉的临床经验。
方法：3例患者在全身静脉麻醉下，予气管插管，单肺通气，并加用呼气末正压(PEEP)。
结果：各患者麻醉效果满意，经积极处理后患者均顺利恢复。
结论：对于外伤性支气管断裂，麻醉处理较为满意。

The Clinical Experiences of Anesthesia for Traumatic Rupture of the Bronchus (3 Cases)

ABSTRACT
Objective：To summarize the clinical experiences of anesthesia for traumatic rupture of the bronchus.
Methods：Under total intravenous anesthesia, 3 patients were all performed tracheal intubation, one-lung ventilation and positive expiratory end pressure (PEEP) during operation.
Results：The effect of anesthesia was satisfied in every patient. After effective treatment, all patients recovered smoothly.
Conclusions：The anesthetic treatment is more suitable for traumatic rupture of the bronchus.
外伤性支气管断裂为上胸部严重闭合性挤压伤所致的1种少见病，易致呼吸循环功能的.严重紊乱。目前认为本病1经确诊应立即行修补术[1]，而这类手术的麻醉较复杂，难度大，风险高。现将我院两年内3例患者的麻醉处理报告如下:
