我国IT企业资本运营战略问题研究
摘 要：资本运营作为1种市场经济下的企业行为，在西方发达国家100多年的发展史上经久不衰，其后有着深刻的经济动机和驱动力，以及政治、社会等多方面的原因。资本是企业的“血液”，是企业发展的第1推动力。IT业1直以来都是全球风险资本的聚焦点，资本运营对IT企业的迅速发展起着至关重要的.作用。近年来，以上市、融资、并购、合资为代表的资本运作，已经成为我国IT产业1道亮丽的风景。通过资本运作，我国IT企业能够迅速扩大规模，增强综合实力，而在经历了网络泡沫和世界IT低潮之后，面临WTO的巨大挑战，IT企业资本运营的战略问题更加值得我们深思。本文对资本运营的含义、主要运作方式、我国IT企业实施资本运营的必要性、我国IT企业资本运营战略现状、我国IT企业资本运营的战略选择以及我国IT企业实施资本运营战略应注意的问题进行了分析，希望能为我国IT企业的资本运营提供1些启示。

Research on the Domestic IT Enterprise Capital Operation
Abstract: The capital operation is an enterprise behavior in the market-oriented economy, which has surpassed over a century in the development history of developed country. It follows with profound economic motive and power as well as all aspects of politic and social reason. The capital is the blood of enterprise and the first cause for the development. The capital operation plays a vital role in the IT enterprise rapid development. In the recent years, the typical form of capital operation such as being listed, financing and venture, has been a focus point of IT industry in our country. IT enterprises enlarge its scale and strengthen the overall level through the capital operation. However, it is worth of us thinking deeply for the IT enterprise capital operation problem after being suffered the net bubble economy and doldrums. With regard to the capital operation definition, the main operation way, necessity as well as strategic situation, choice and problem, this article analyses the domestic operation in the hope of providing some enlightenment for them.
