摘 要
美国的对外政策在现实操作上是以所谓国家利益为准绳的;在精神道德主张上则由以意识形态和宗教信仰为基本内容的价值观和在此基础上形成的政治文化为依据。美国人的核心文化价值观里的意识形态和宗教信仰构成是美国对外政策中的恒定文化因素;美国政治制度中的制衡机制是美国政治文化中的恒定模式。这两个因素在研究美国对华关系时不能忽略。
