基于价值链的北海第3方物流研究
摘要：本文在价值链理论的基础上，分析了北海第3方物流供应、渠道、顾客3方面物流活动过程；从柔性、集成性、协调性等方面分析北海第3方物流供应链的'竞争力，再从价值增值时间和成本增值时间分析了北海第3方渠道物流优势和劣势，最后从客户关系管理系统（CRM）和客户生命周期分析北海的顾客关系价值；结合以上3方面的分析对北海第3方物流价值链增值效益提出建议，力求对北海第3方物流的发展提供参考价值。
