我国汽车逆向物流运作模式探讨
摘要：在比较汽车逆向物流运作模式基础上，结合我国汽车逆向物流运作现实情况，从逆向供应链视角提出了自营为主、辅以外包的逆向物流运作新模式。这种模式既充分利用了第三方物流服务商的广泛服务网络，又使其对汽车销售服务商起到监督作用，改善了汽车制造企业与最终用户信息不对称的`问题，具有较好的实用性。关键词：汽车逆向物流；运作模式；逆向供应链
