仓库选址重心法在物流实训教学中的研究与应用

摘要:在物流职业教学中研究与应用仓库选址重心法,并通过物流实训教学学会物流专业学生应用仓库选址重心法,目的是让学生掌握仓库选址重心法运用能力。仓库选址重心法在物流实训教学中的研究与应用主要分成:前期准备,教学中的应用,面临问题的研究等三步进行,着重阐述了重心法在物流实训教学中应用的步骤,并利用重心法理论最佳选址位置理论的公式得出的结果与利用仓库选址重心法追求总配送成本最小的公式实训得出结果进行对比,分析理论选址结果与实训选址之间偏差的原因。

  Abstract: The author studies and applies the warehouse selected location gravity model approach in the logistics professional teaching, and through the logistics practical training teaching really teaches the logistics college to apply the warehouse selected location gravity model approach, the goalenables the student to grasp the warehouse selected location gravity model approach utilization ability. The warehouse selected location gravity model approach, in the teadching the research and the application of the logistics practical training teaching mainly divides into: The earlier period preparation, application in the teaching, research of the facing question and so on three steps, elaborated the gravity model approach in the teaching the application emphatically, and the result which obtains using the gravity model approach theory best selected location position theory's formula with using the warehouse selected location gravity model approach pursue always allocates and dispatches the cost smallest formula really to teach obtalns the result to carry on the contrast, the analysis theory selected location result and practical training teaching bwtween the selected location deviation's reason.

  1仓库选址重心法在物流实训教学中研究与应用的前期准备
  
  1.1设定实训初始条件
  1.2物流实训班级的学生分组
  假设物流实训班级的学生人数为40名,将全班学生分成8个小组,每组5人,每组设置选址决策分析员1名、选址实施员3名、选址记录计算员1名,其中决策分析员的主要职责是确定选址方法、选用选址工具、分析选址结果、分析理论仓库选址位置与实际实训结果仓库选址位置差异等,选址实施员主要职责是确定坐标系位置、标出需求点位置、凿洞穿线、确定配送量的模拟硬币数量、绑定硬币、标出实训的仓库选址具体位置等,选址记录计算员的主要职责是记录决策分析员所提供的决策数据与决策结果,记录选址实施员实施过程所产生的相关数据与结果、利用位置坐标系与仓库选址重心法公式计算仓库理论位置坐标。
  1.3准备物流实训教学所需的工具
  深圳地图模型图纸A3纸每组一张;A3纸大小的硬纸板每组一张,要求能在硬纸板上至少凿穿6个细小光滑的洞;重量可忽略不计且长度为0.5米的`白色细线每组至少6条,重量可近似为零的小型薄膜袋每组至少8个,学生自备硬币每人至少9枚,透明胶每组1卷,宣传类大白纸每组一张,小图钉至少每组10枚,小钻笔每组一支,直尺与铅笔每组一支,白板笔每组一支,清晰的实训内容与实训要求每组一份。
  
  2仓库选址重心法在物流实训教学中的应用
  
  第一层,假定仓库至各个需求点的单位物品数量配送费C=V*d(其中V为配送费率,d为配送距离)一样,配送量V不一样,则:实训内容:某公司在深圳地区6个需求点的位置如图1,根据统计得出各个需求点的每月平均配送量是:宝安—3万吨,龙岗—4万吨,福田—6万吨,罗湖—7万吨,盐田—2万吨,南山—3万吨,假设单位距离的配送费一样。
