浅析管理会计与财务管理
摘要：财务管理、管理会计理论体系都是在吸收相关学科的有关理论和方法的基础上不断发展完善起来的。二者既有一些相同点，也有很不同点。本文就财务管理和管理会计的`相同点、不同点作一简要的比较分析。在此基础之上，说明二者相互吸收有助于促进各自的发展，进而对财务管理的学科属性作一探讨。关键词：管理会计；财务管理；理论体系
Abstract: The financial control, management accounting the system info is develops unceasingly in the absorption related discipline related theory and in the method foundation consummates. The two already have some same spots, also has the diversity. This article on the financial control and management accounting’s same spot, the diversity makes a brief comparative analysis. Above this foundation, explained that the two absorb mutually are helpful in promote the respective development, then makes a discussion to financial control’s discipline attribute.
