论我国的陪审制度
摘 要
陪审制度具有有利于司法民主、司法公正、公开、廉洁,有利于弥补法官知识不足等价值,因此我国仍应保留这项制度,并且应在此基础上对该项制度进行完善。文章主要分析陪审制度的'作用及存在的必要性,探讨了我国陪审制度的现状与缺陷,提出若干关于我国陪审制度改革完善的设想。

Abstract
An important content that the administration of justice has reformed at present already of jury system.It means that the national judicial organ absorbs a non-professional judge as the judge while trying the case,try a kind of judicial system of the case together with professional judge or judge,it is the important way to realize judicial democracy.The article is from the historical evdation of the jury system of our country and comparison of the current situation mainly,aralyse that introduce the function .
